Overall tasks cover process improvement through end to end system implementation and workflow design in different area of the business such as Health & Safety, PMO, Operation Excellence or Customer Relationship Management. This include full procurement process, system implementation and performance monitoring.• Health & Safety : Incident Reporting System (Intelex) - Develop a strategy for a standardised incident reporting process across the whole organisation (16 countries, 6 Business lines).- Process design and system customisation / configuration, User Acceptance Testing.- Group wide communication plan, Training (600+ users).- 10,000+ instances recorded, 38,000+ email notifications in 1 years allowing full transparency across the business with automated communication flow, data availability.- Corrective actions management system and process to reduce risk of major incident and improve operational performance.• PMO : Project Management Guideline and System (I-Nexus)- Develop a standardised Project Management policy across the organisation.- Process design and system customisation / configuration, User Acceptance Testing.- Communication plan and training based on organisation levels (1,600+ users)- 630 projects recorded in 8 months (Continuous Improvement and Capex projects), allowing full visibility for senior management. Approval flow, cost control, and reporting support efficient and quick project delivery.• KPI Management: Group KPI design, and System implementation (Vision Monitor)- KPI mapping (current state) across 6 Business Lines and 15 countries.- Balance scorecard design and KPI definition.- Implementation and communication.- System and reporting process design.- 1,600+ users, 46 KPIs designed, 150 sites monitored.• CRM: Outsourced application end user support process (Malta based)- Development and roll out of a CRM application support.- Process design for IT and “how to” related questions.- 3rd party management, SLA and review.

Fix / capped price Vs spot price assessment.- Driver behaviour monitoring and benefit in kind optimisation.- Bank Fuel Card implementation (Barclays Visa fuel card) generating £317K annual saving in the UK thru driver spend behaviour control.- UK National Bulk fuel supply agreement (£3.2M spend) moving from 11 local suppliers to a unique provider allowing strong competitive pricing (Platts + Margin) generating £102K annual saving and a better logistic control.• External transport: £40 million portfolio across Europe. (from June 2015)- Develop strategy across Europe. Define and prioritize sourcing initiatives.- Outsourced distribution Sweden : tender / negotiation.- Distribution Management Framework implementation in Sweden transitioning plants local supplier to DHL national agreement (£170K savings).
