Aside my consultant role in the IT world, I have started a new business which has for aim to provide professional and dedicated resources services to all the hospitality industry located in Belgium.

In this mission, I was requested by the customer to take over a critical program and to lead it to a successful end. The main program objectives were the delivery of a new generation of tools, managing the medical and indemnity payment within 28 Belgian healthcare agencies (e.g. Partena, Mutalités Libres, Securex …) impacting more than 3 millions of.

As manager of the competence center EPM, my main task was to enable the set-up and the growth of the competence center. The role which I fulfilled existed from 2 parts: a) EPM Consultant/expert acting as a senior person consultant on EPM projects and b) responsible for the setup and the development of the operational plan (business development plan.

In this role, I have worked at Mastercard on a long term project analyzing, designing and implementing an enterprise project planning and budgeting tool (Based on MSP98 and using Oracle, VB and Crystal Reports).
