As a Dining Facility Manager at US Army, I oversee the food service operations for a large military installation, serving thousands of meals daily to soldiers and personnel. I have been on active duty since August 2012, and I have gained multiple skills and competencies in food preparation, inventory management, sanitation, budgeting, and customer service. I am passionate about providing nutritious and delicious food options that support the health and well-being of our troops and staff.I am also committed to upholding the highest standards of professionalism, integrity, and teamwork in the Army. I enjoy working with a diverse and dedicated team of food service specialists, who share my vision of excellence and service. I am now looking to diversify my skill set and start my second career in the biotechnology field, which combines my interests in healthcare and computer science.
