I am Xavier, CEO of RetroKit, an energy engineer bringing more than 25 years of sustainable energy experience in Ireland and Belgium to the table. In 2001, I made the move to Ireland to work with SEAI at their Renewable Energy Information Office, and I've been deeply involved in driving the energy transition ever since.As the CEO of RetroKit, my mission is to scale up and digitise the retrofitting process across Ireland and the EU. I have a strong passion for innovation, specifically towards energy and climate goals.I thoroughly enjoy getting to share the experience I've gained over the years through the development of digital tools.I also love to sail and spend time on the water near my home in Clonakilty, West Cork!
