🧿 Maintains current observation check sheets for all patients on their assigned unit. Conducts safety rounds each shift on the units including groups rooms, laundry rooms, and patient rooms. Documents safety rounds🧿 Facilitates activity, education and leisure groups. Documents the purpose and outcome of the group for each member. 🧿 Provides escorts for patients to the cafeteria, to the outside courtyards, or to other areas/departments in the hospital.🧿 Assists the Registered Nurse with the discharge process, returning belongings, and escorting individuals out of the hospital.🧿 Implement Restraints or Seclude patients that are a risk to themself or others according to OMH and NYCHH policy
