I'm Xavier, a software developer from Ohio, and a Falcon Alumni from Bowling Green State University.Growing up in a small town, I knew I wanted to pursue something great that created impact and fulfilled me, and I followed that into my first full time job right out of college. At first glance, I enjoyed application development, but not long after this, I was concerned to see waves of layoffs, leaving me to wonder if or when I was next.As blessed as I was to start work there alongside my wife Ronni, we both didn't know what was next for us, and the job market didn’t necessarily have our backs as we looked elsewhere. I enjoy volunteering as a youth coach and Sunday school teacher, and I'm a cat dad of 3. I also love to travel, read, play video games, play tennis and pickleball, and host family over for fun game nights.
