Work 13 hour days, 7 days a week to disassemble inspect, and make parts and processes within spec. Working on hundreds of thousand on pound parts down to thousands of an inch. Be able to manage people and time as you have many people looking to you for direction. Be able to understand specs, machine drawings and processes needed to complete the scope as quickly and quality as possible.

I created my own company to do real estate. I have learned many things through working with my company. These include real estate investing, the process of getting loans, managing money, small business accounting, and many other business-related skills. I have also learned a lot about hands-on work from the process of renovating a house on my own. I learned how to install full electrical and plumbing systems, drywall, paint, install metal roofing, flooring, and so much more. My experience gained from this has been so powerful and really has helped to make me much more independent and confident in all new things I do as I stared with knowing nothing in this industry.

I worked in a fast-paced environment to serve people, create orders, and deliver pizzas. Jan's helped me learn about sales and running a small business. It helped me become more socially confident because of all the customer interaction. It also developed me as a hard, fast-paced worker because of the intensity in the kitchen.
