Monitoring their progress, reporting on deviations and recommending strategies to mitigate disruption and delays.  Engaging key stakeholders including Project Directors, General Manager, COO and CEO to ensure buy-in into the strategic delivery plan. Keeping them informed throughout the project by communicating status updates and mitigation strategies. Undertaking weekly status walk and reporting on all projects in delivery to assist projects teams keep on track with baseline programme. Developing the Property Development mid and long-term master plans to guide future capital planning and support revenue growth and proactively contribute to conception, planning and risk-mitigation of future projects.  Overseeing project governance & risk status and reporting, leading and initiating improvements to the governance process. Delivering strategic initiatives for COO & leadership team.
