Xavier Manrique is the Market President for Crossfirst Bank in Tucson, AZXavier joined Crossfirst Bank in March of 2024 to serve a local team of talented Bankers focused on middle market and business banking clients in Tucson and across Southern Arizona. Xavier has 25 years of commercial banking experience with a focus on serving the unique needs of Middle Market companies. He brings a wide-ranging experience in global products, Credit, Deposits, Treasury Management and many other financial services. Xavier was previously with Bank of America as a Sr. Vice President dedicated to Middle Market and Business Banking Clients in the market. He joined B of A in August of 2021.Prior to joining Bank of America, Xavier was with Wells Fargo for 22 years, where he was last a Market Credit Leader, making sizable credit decisions to support middle market companies in Arizona and Nevada. Prior to his credit role, Xavier managed middle market offices in So. Arizona, New Mexico and El Paso, TX. Xavier has served as a Board Member of Sun Corridor, Inc., a Trustee of the Community Foundation for Southern Arizona, Board Member of the National Football Foundation-So. Arizona, Board Member of the YMCA of Southern Arizona, Former Treasurer of the Metropolitan Education Commission and former Treasurer of the Notre Dame Club of Tucson.Xavier is currently an Adjunct Professor for The Catholic University of American-Tucson Campus, a member of the Arizona Bowl-Blue Blazers, the Diversity Coordinator for the Notre Dame Club of Tucson and a Board Member of the Tucson High Badger Foundation. Xavier received his Bachelor of Business Administration from The University of Notre Dame and his Master of Business Administration from Regis University.
