Growing up I always wanted to be an architect, but then I saw how much math is involved and quickly started looking for something different. That's when the idea came up for computers, they always intrigued me. I would watch countless youtube videos about computers. I also had my very own example of a career in IT from my father’s. Using that passion I am now pursuing an education with Merit America in their IT Support program.Many of the jobs I have worked in the past are customer service based, and while not IT related, many of my interpersonal and problem solving skills have been fine tuned so I can help someone with any Problem they might face. One thing you will come to know about me is that when it comes to my work I strive to be the best at my job. I believe that when you have a task set before you it should be done with the highest degree of competency and that you are depended upon to exceed the expectations set by the workplace.As time goes by technology will only become more prevalent and with that the need for, not just technicians to work on them, but People that can effectively and empathically help others solve the everyday and unusual problems with new and emerging technologies.
