• Assist with the set-up, execution, and breakdown of various baseball and non-baseball events at Petco Park and private events at The Rady Shell at Jacobs Park and EVE.• Connect with guests, clients, contracted vendors, and VIPs to contribute to a positive guest experience.•Collaborate cross-functionally with special events, baseball operations, guest services, and security to ensure seamless operations.

• Provide exceptional customer service to fans attending Giants Spring Training games at Scottsdale Stadium by scanning tickets, ushering fans, and monitoring fan behavior.• Address and troubleshoot customer inquiries efficiently and provide information to enhance the game day experience.

Assist SDSU Men’s Basketball game-day setup, including distributing box score sheets, member validations, and registration; Help catering and Special Event Coordinators manage project deliverables, set-up, and breakdown events; Communicate with patrons and alumni on a regular game-day basis to promote SDSU spirit and maintain a sense of community; Knowledgeable about all current and upcoming initiatives surrounding the Aztec Club and Aztec Athletics.

Research and develop the Employee Engagement Hub used by all employees of the SA+CD division to access resources related to onboarding, professional development, Employee Engagement events and workshops, and offboarding; Plan, organize, and facilitate programming in the SA+CD Lounge, which is a space for divisional employees to build community and participate in training and professional development; Produce monthly newsletters about professional development opportunities, provide an employee engagement tip of the month, recognize an outstanding employee or division, and provide division-wide updates; Provide administrative support at the front desk of the SA+CD lounge, including greeting and hosting guests of the SA+CD lounge

Serve as the official student representatives, tour guides, and orientation leaders of SanDiego State University; Served in a Leadership Position as a Selection Team Member during Fall 2022 where I assessed 75 student applicants by application responses, individual interviews, and interactive group sessions and organized and executed recruitment events, materials, tabling, and information sessions; Facilitate 1.5-hour-long walking campus tours for prospective students and families, high school groups, and other visitors to SDSU; Assist first-time freshmen college students, transfer students, and their families/guests in Orientation programming and their transition to SDSU
