EFOD is a development strategy that uses food and agriculture to create economic opportunities, healthy communities, and explicitly seeks to build community assets, pride, and power by and with historically-marginalized communities.

Assisted Professor Norbert Wilson with research and data analysis for a paper discussing historical lending disparities between historically Black and historically white land-grant institutions.Analyzed large datasets to quantify disparities in federal funding between 52 white and 19 Black land-grant institutions.Developed 6 data visualizations to show over $500 million in white/Black federal funding disparities from 2010-2019.Conducted data analysis with over 15 large datasets from the National Science Foundation's HERD (Higher Education Research and Development) Survey.
