As a Lawyer and a Policy Advisor, I analyse in a clear and straightforward language legal provisions of European and international laws as well as current challenges and issues of Foreign Policy. I then formulate policy recommendations that are often translated into legal strategies which can be eventually coordinated at multiple decision levels so as to be appropriately promoted. I would be delighted to exchange with other professionals for an experience sharing in matters related to Foreign Policy and European Policy.Throughout my original experience at the crossroads of national, European and international levels, I get acquainted to a vast array of institutions (European Commission, European Parliament, and Ministry of Foreign Affairs, National Parliament) and develop a true culture of cooperation as well as an ability to build relationships in various national, institutional and cultural environments. My added value consists in the capacity to be force of proposals and to formulate innovating and forward-looking proposals and recommendations enabling the conciliation of interests in a constructive way.
