CurrentAchievements:- Completed a major digital transformation project across four council leisure facilities that involved integrating Linkly payment technology with POS Perfect Gym software and NAB EFTPOS Terminals, reducing transaction handling times by more than 50% and improving financial data accuracy to nearly 100%.- Lead device deployment project to reconfigure, back-up, and deploy a fleet of iPad and mobile devices, enabling ICT to track and remotely manage them for the first time. This enhanced the security, usability, and scalability of the devices, doubling productivity.- Established essential technical support processes, tools, knowledge bases, and work instructions. Developed IT documentation for troubleshooting and resolving issues with key financial components (EFTPOS, POS, Linkly) that were previously non-existent.- Redesigned lead generation components of Yarra Leisure’s website, specifically updating customer-facing forms and integrating them from on-premise systems to a new SharePoint site, eliminating legacy limitations.
