Xavier is an expert in non- profit management and has vast experience in operational management, financial development, community relations and programming. He currently works for NPH USA as the Vice President of Donor Relations. NPH supports nearly 8,000 abandoned children throughout Latin America and the Caribbean through housing, nutrition, education and healthcare. In this role, Xavier oversees and works with staff, board members, volunteers and donors across 26 states while also having multi-million dollar budget responsibility. Xavier also has a strong corporate background with experience at Wells Fargo Bank in the Commercial Banking Group helping to financially support businesses with revenues from $20 million- $500 million. At Wells Fargo, Xavier also had a role in the marketing department and helped to oversee a nation wide awareness campaign. Xavier lives to give and has served numerous nonprofit organizations as a board member or programmatic volunteer. These organizations include, but are not limited to: American Cancer Society, Diaper Bank of Arizona, Helping Hands for Single Moms, St. Vincent DePaul, Susan G. Komen Arizona, Tucson Urban League and TUSD- Legacy of Excellence. Xavier is pleased to be the Executive Director of the Walker Family Fund. This named fund distributes charitable contributions to non-profit organizations that better the quality of life for children and other marginalized populations across the United States and around the World. Xavier is a graduate of the NAACP NextGen Fellowship program and is active in his local branch. Additionally, Xavier is the current Board Member of the Educational Enrichment Foundation- the Tucson Unified School District Foundation, The Coalition of Blacks Against Cancer and the Arizona Anti- Trafficking Network.
