I'm Xavier. I'm the unique combination of a because scientist, a communication and visual designer, and an NBA podcast host and producer, all rolled into one. By day, I craft visually engaging designs and compelling communications using insights from behavioral science, and by night I break down the intricacies of the NBA from a data-driven lens. As a behavioral science researcher and applied practitioner, I spend time learning how to positively influence decision-making and apply those strategies to real-world scenarios.As a communication and graphic designer, I come up with creative ways to convey or communicate ideas, concepts, or feelings through visuals.As a co-host and producer of a basketball podcast, I leverage data and film analysis to dissect the game, translating complex concepts into digestible insights with a flair that entertains and educates our listeners.Despite the seemingly distinct nature of these three fields, the underlying goal of each is the same—to deliver persuasive and impactful communication.
