Analyzes progress in-hiring practices and proposes procedural changes in response to Didlake’s Affirmative Action Plan.• Leads and facilities recruitment meetings to plan recruitment strategies for current openings and strategize for future hiring needs.•Work with leadership to evaluate the continuing needs of the business to support the mission of the organization and implement improved recruiting processes/technologies to meet these ever-changing demands.
