Customer Success Manager
• Customer support on UNIT4 procurement software - Scanmarket division (e-auctions, contracts, suppliers, spending, project management modules).• Main Contact for customer POC's and internal team members for their assigned accounts.• Perform recurring monthly and or quarterly meetings with customers to stay in contact and ensure customer is satisfied.• Perform customer On-boarding process. Keep up with all system enhancements, teach improvements to customers.• Be an expert on the UNIT4 software solution and able to passionately perform customer demo’s in English and Spanish.• Facilitate training for new and existing customers (webinar or workshop).• Identify and pursue up-sell opportunities, record sales and customer interactions in Salesforce CRM.
