My professional journey as an employee and a team leader had indispensable ups and downs, but inspiration and friendships were the greatest bonds that I held on to forever. I opened the door to a new world with a tiny step. I took that step, esoterically in 2015, after having crossed the paths of challenges & struggles with sheer determination and hard work. Then, I began freelancing with an enthusiastic bunch who joined hands with me with trust. By understanding the problem point and client requirements, the team won the hearts of many clients. “People are the key to success.” The right people at the right time and being with them as one among them can make you fly high with colors. And to me, success is CALIBRAINT. Today, I spearhead Calibraint, a Software Development Company in India, and usher in a young, sparkling team. Our aim is to produce high-quality software solutions with a customer-centric approach. I have always believed that, while the skills of a good leader might seem numerous, it all just comes down to being one among the employees.The pages of some books are the rose of joy, which keeps the fragrance alive for ages.
