 Responsible of a team of 65 Process/Equipment Engineer/Technicians Manufacturing and Projects covering 70nm to 110nm in 2 Factories - 200mm and 300mm Manage budget, negotiate contracts and tools purchase Successfully ramp up of the 300mm factory with increasing yield Insure continuous improvement (Yield, Productivity, Throughput ...) Increase capacity through uptime and throughpout improvement Decrease Defect Density and improve Monitoring Scheme Methodologies DoE, 8D, FMEA, SPC, Lean Manufacturing, 6 Sigma... Between March and December 2006, responsabilities also include CMP 300mm Manufacturing (about 40 operators)
