I provide information and issue directives to the reservation managers of the 25 hotels to maximize the P&L.I advise the DOSM on the market mix and decide, according to the overall strategy, the pricing structure and reservation policies for the next 18 months. Budget set-up for the 25 hotels is under my direct supervision, I provide all data and reports needed for informed decisions. I make sure we comply with the consortias contracted and maximize the revenue on this channel.Marketing:The daily marketing benchmark is my responsibility, I make sure we have an accurate Competitive Set and our products are placed efficiently. I make sure the promotions on the electronic channels comply with the brand guidelines and target the right segments. I advise the DOSM on the e-business trends and competitive environment.
