Two years of in-the-trenches business-building across marketing, financial planning, business development, and Agile-based product development paid off to deliver one of the first crowdfunding platforms recognized by Forbes as a premier FinTech innovation in 2011.In addition to my private-sector experience, I helped the City of New Orleans implement one of the nation’s most comprehensive municipal ”one stop shop” for permitting and licensing, improve call center operations, and develop a robust performance management tool as the Project Manager for their Innovation Delivery Team.
