In my role with Datacom, I have worked across The Parliamentary Service and Executive Government Support Account and am currently working with the Insurance Australia Group (IAG) account team. My responsibilities are to fulfil technology requests, resolve incidents and provide communications within the environment. This involves taking responsibility for the receipt and management of calls received by the Helpdesk and Service Desk. The purpose of my role is to ensure all calls are correctly categorised, resolved at first level whenever possible or assigned to the appropriate 2nd or 3rd level support teams for timely resolution. I am responsible for maintaining and improving process documentation and also work with the Incident Manager in supporting teams and 3rd party vendors to drive SLA compliance and assist in achieving all related Service Levels.

In my role with The Marketing Department, I covered the Bay of Plenty and Waikato regions. I dealt with clients across the Computer Software, Consumer Electronics, Entertainment and Gaming sectors. Some of the clients included: Hewlett Packard, McAfee, Mistral Software and Nintendo. In this role, I dealt with retail store staff and consumers.

I was employed by HRV Bay of Plenty on a temporary basis. I was part of the Direct Marketing team and was awarded the "highest performing" Direct Marketer during my term of employment.
