Collaborating with a team of over 100 students to design, manufacture and assemble the parts to build a off-road vehicle-Currently manufacturing rear suspension parts through tube profiling, jig assembly, welding and computer aided tooling operations-Designing the new rear trailing arm suspension setup, including tabs and rod ends, to replace the old rear J-arm linkage design-Running Finite Element Analysis on each design iteration to ensure a proper Factor of Safety before the design can be finalized-Spearheading load analysis on ANSYS software to ensure proper reliability of the entire assembly for competition

- Spearheaded project revolving around the design and manufacture of various jigs in order to assist in the welding of the suspension tabs to the chassis.- Worked with the suspension team in finalizing their design.
