I am an upcoming fourth year student of a Bachelor's degree in Business Management & Technology, with a minor in Digital Economy & Finance at La Salle URL in Barcelona. Thrilled to apply my academic foundation and recent internship experience, I'm actively seeking for part-time internships and opportunities for the upcoming academic year, particularly within the world of Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) and Corporate Finance.Throughout my academic journey, I've consistently pushed myself to my limits, maintaining a strong weighted GPA of 3.4/4 and earning 9 honors distinctions – specifically in subjects like accounting, financial management and financial innovation and investments, while working or doing internships outside of class hours.Beyond the classroom, I actively pursued practical experience. I recently finished an internship at Santander Corporate and Investment Banking as a Summer Analyst within the Digital Solutions Group. In this role, I covered live and upcoming M&A deals, corporate pitches, and capital restructuring. This experience allowed me to collaborate closely with a team of professionals and develop my skills in equity research, valuation, and corporate profiling within the TravelTech, Software, and FinTech industries.Prior to that, I completed an internship at OBN& in the M&A department. During this internship, I contributed to over 100 company valuations utilizing DCF and Trading Comparables methodologies. I also applied my analytical skills by building complex financial models in Excel and played a supporting role in various M&A transactions.
