My professional story:Free lance for the leader weekend newspaper « JDD », Creative shop employee, I built my first advertising company, get into partnership with a second one 3 years later, and left it 4 years later to join HDM Groupe as a Director of creation for many Goods and Foods firms.In 1991, I joined a smaller agency based in Lyon and became its creative associate. We increased from 11 to 50 employees within 16 years, with a very profitable business.Coming from a creative job, I turned to be new business developer and vice president, in order to set up Groupe 361°. During this adventure, we decided to merge with another agency, winning many new businesses (15 new clients in 16 months). But, our story stopped after 1 year of collaboration. In 2010, I left my agency and joined the Up & Under network, made of 3 companies (ARC, Digital Arc et Brandelet Partners) and many partnerships.Then, I met someone who helped me to change my vocational guidance : Claire Calosci, the Head of AIDE & ACTION INTERNATIONAL, proposed me to become the International Communication and Influence manager. I joined this NGO because the job allows me to be involved in an essential worldwide mission; education, and, in the same time, allowed me to link my own human values with my passion for communication and advertising. Then, I’ve been accompanying various NGO for 30 years, including 19 years with Handicap International.Specialties: Creation, Communication strategies, Recommandations and selling proposals.
