• Manage the first stages of the sales cycle: identify leads, email prospecting and cold calling, presentation of the solution• Manage a sales pipeline and organize my work by following my activity in Salesforce• Identify potential targets• Ensure the transition of the generated lead to the sales • Participate to the constant improvement of the sales team by proposing process developments and tools of intern usage

- Develop the business and find new prospects (call & mail)- Make short google AdWords analysis and present audits to prospects- Organize business meetings and workshops for new prospects- Attend to events & conferences related to e-commerce cross border businesses

- Answer to customer requests (mails and calls) to ensure a quality service- Process and follow requests: respond in a professional, fast and personalized manner to all incoming calls; Solve the most delicate situations in a minimum of time for customer satisfaction- Implementation of continuous improvement processes to optimize service and improve customer knowledge- Completion of monthly reports- Share customer returns to the various teams with the aim of general improvement (communication, marketing, IT department)

During 3 month my task was to organize the event we held for the Grand Prix of Monaco. I had to be in close contact with all the different suppliers asking, checking and negotiating quotes for the different service we require. My duty was to make sure that during the event there will be nothing missing by making sure that the transport and delivery of the supplies are respected and on date. Moreover I had to constantly update the budget and keep a record of every expense. I had also to create and check the briefs of the staff and freelance. I did also a qualitative and quantitative analysis of different proposals from production companies for our Event in Mexico.

I was in charge of taking care of all the complaints that clients might have for any service in the hotel or restaurant. My duty was to make sure that those complaints were followed in order to make the guests happy again and have their problems solved. I was also daily in charge of all the VIP's staying in the hotel. I had to welcome them and follow up their stays. I also answered in different languages to mails and requests from guests with a quick turn around in less that 48 hours. Finally I had the opportunity to design a welcome package for French Guests.

I worked during 6 months as a reception agent. I had the opportunity to manage all shifts from morning to afternoon and also during two months as night audit. I also worked as a waiter in a lounge for Marriott members.I was during one month the best up seller of the Front Desk team, delivering an extra 3'500€ revenue.

During two month I discovered the different departments of the hotel: kitchen, service, housekeeping ,reservation and front desk.
