Co-Facilitator of the Leadership programme: Leadership Challenge and Coaching Superpowers for Leaders

I am responsible for the Leadership and Career Development Program: a 6-day Retreat for Full Time MBA participants to dive into Leadership from Self, Leadership form Others and Leadership from Outer as defined by Daniel Goleman. I have also designed the Innovation Leadership workshops (3 days) to enable MBA participants to drive innovation within large organisations by embodying IDEO Leadership attributes and influencing stakeholders. This workshop focuses equally on the "being" and the "doing" of what it means to be an innovator and an intrapreneur within an organization.
