My name is Xavier Gauthier and I am a senior at MSU Denver studying Broadcast Journalism. My concentration is Podcast/Radio Production, but my skillset ranges from audio production (pre-/post-), live sound mixing, and audio engineering; to video production, graphic design, and web design.Additionally, I'm the C.E.O and Director of Communications for the art collective BLVCK Kosher Arts & Entertainment, LLC. At BLVCK Kosher Arts & Ent. we aim to create opportunities for local artists to showcase and perform their art without paying out of pocket. Currently I manage and promote 8 artists including myself.I also have a passion for giving back to my community. Through that passion I am a mentor for The Crowley Foundation, where other mentors and I work to create workshops and leadership summits for young men of color. In these workshops we teach them about mental health, financial stability/growth, career development, and modern activism.
