The Production Support Group (newly created) makes the link between the Sales and the workshop. It consists of draftmen, Purchase and introduction of the orders. Work in the assy building. Project management for a completely new process to build the vehicles in a new way. The work consisted in a follow-up of the work of the different departments (Purchase, Logistics, Manufacturing, Packaging,...) on the project.

During my studies, I worked as a support for the managemnt in IBA.I updated data about competitors (new devices they produce, data about their financial reports,...)These information were taken by the management to take some strategic decisions.
