CurrentBusiness Development:• Part of a 2-men pioneer team driving the marketplace project• Generated more than $1M in GMV in less than 1.5 years of the project launch• Prospecting and pitching to potential partners and curated brands to join the Marketplace• Acquired the partnership with referent brands such as Skechers, ANTA• Acquired the partnership with exclusive distributors for Yonex, Head, Li-Ning, Deuter, Havaianas and moreOnboarding:• Onboard partners and brands onto Decathlon via the Mirakl tool through a 1-to-1 trainingKey Account Management:• Managing 50+ accounts from the beginning of partnership and beyond• Expanding the assortment with existing accounts for maximum value• Liaising with existing accounts and internal stakeholders to plan and execute commercial activations (e.g. brand launch, campaigns, flash deals)• Ensuring end-to-end operational topics (e.g. product listings, return workflow) are in order
