A telecoms engineer by training, Xavier began his career in roles in the Information Systems Departments at various companies: Scoot, MobileWay, Systran and Toluna. In 2008, he joined Manutan as IT Director. He then held the position of Product Marketing Director and Director of Value-Added Services. Through these various roles he acquired a 360° knowledge of Manutan’s challenges. He also used his expertise in new technologies to serve clients via projects carried out with external partners (start-ups, e-procurement specialists, etc.). With his understanding of the market, his appetite for innovation and his eclectic career at Manutan, in 2021 he became Group Mergers and Acquisitions Director with the aim of identifying external growth opportunities.
