• Definition and implementation of policies validated on villages as part of the ranging by level policy (3/4, 5T, Villas & Chalets) for the 13 concerned products sectors: hotels, leisure and profit centers. • Responsible for the margin levels of sales in villages represented by the profit centers sectors: shops, excursions, skiing, spa, and bar. • Responsible of the management of current investments, maintenance budgets and energy consumption of the villages.• Conduct of the opening of Valmorel-Flagship village project - the jewel of Mountain upmarket policy : a 4-Trident village with a 5 Trident space plus 60 chalet apartments under rental management.
