Managed budget and staff of 35 excellent engineers in these departments; the best people I ever had the pleasure of working with in a corporate environment. Successfully directed several major IT projects for the company in the course of one year including the transition of the network backbone, conversion of the email system, and the replacement of the telecommunications system, all without negative impact to daily company operations. Set and managed an $18 million dollar IT budget.
