I provide financing to international clients (EU and non-EU residents) for their projects in Spain (purchase of 2nd residence, self-construction or renovation works, tax-financial optimization to cash buyers, etc) carried out privately or through their home Company, as well as giving tailor-made investment advice from Private Banking.With languages skills, understanding of each nationality and situation for granting credit and the knowledge of the real estate market, allows to give a customized solution to each client, in their language, and within a quick response.Giving support to the rest of bank branches from our Headquarters, and hand-to-hand with specialists in the sector (top-level law firms, real estate agencies & brokers), the aim is to provide the best service to international clients, giving full support from the beginning.For investment advice and planning, I have the European Financial Planner and European Financial Advisor accreditation, both from the EFPA association.I graduated in Business Administration and Management (UIB), I complemented my studies with scholarships in Brussels and London and, for 16 years, I have been committed to customer management in Banking: first as a manager specialized in large companies, later as branch Director and currently as advisor to Private Banking clients.
