• Update, optimise and organise all the documentation related to the company's processes and the management of the different departments of the Font Vella plant.• Document Management System: Implement a system for the management, codification, and digitalisation of the company's procedures, policies, work instructions and other critical documents.• Sampling and Analysis: Perform physico-chemical and microbiological analyses of the treatment plant, finished products, and tanks to maintain quality standards. Analysis of the CIP and APA and baths in the glass production lines.• Implement the shredding process for preforms using the new injector at the Font Vella plant. Subsequently, conduct acetaldehyde concentration analyses to ensure product safety and quality.
