Main responsibilities and achievements:

 Creation of the Compliance Department.
 Definition of the compliance and Internal Audit Functions.
 Implementation of the Corporate criminal compliance program (criminal risk assessment, risk map and control matrix, corporate defense manual, whistleblowing and disciplinary systems).
 Code of Ethics and Conduct.
 Member and coordinator of the Compliance Commission.
 Analysis of compliance with legal standards for the prevention of risks
 Design and execution of compliance plans (market Abuse, Internal regulations for conduct in the securities markets, data protection, etc.)
 Updating of internal policies and manuals.
 Compliance Monitoring and reporting.
 Periodic verification of the compliance model.
 Staff training programs.
 System of internal control over financial information (SCIIF)
 Identification and assessment of corporate risks and the projects and initiatives to mitigate them.
