I started my professional life as a musician, then became an investment banker before starting an entrepreneurial career in branding, marketing and communication. I am now leveraging this experience in the relaunch of a French heritage skincare brand, Cosmydor.I started as an investment banker in 1993 at Credit Agricole Indosuez's project finance department in Milan, then in Paris and London. In 1998 I joined GE Capital's LBO and private equity team in London.Between 2001 and 2010 I co-founded the Maiastra Innovative Marketing Services Group, SponsorClick and the QobliQ Group, focussing on innovating marketing services, PR, sports experiential event & digital marketing, for leading brands in the UK, France, Singapore and Hong Kong.I have also founded We are not chickens, a creative, strategic and sustainability agency, which mostly works for financial institutions and luxury brands.In 2018 I (re)launched a 1877 French cosmetics brand, Cosmydor, with an artisanal eco-luxury positioning. Cosmydor is distributed globally and is considered one of the most sustainable beauty brands on the market.I am currently studying the relaunch of other French, Spanish and Italian "sleeping beauties".In parallel I am still involved as a Trustee in an education-focussed charity, the Sciences Po Alumni UK Charity Trust and as a Senior Adviser for the Fondation de France UK. I still act as an adviser to the very active UK arm of the Sciences Po Alumni, after having been its President.I co-authored "Emoti-coms", a provocative book emphasising the importance of emotions in marketing, communication, and even business in general.
