I serve as the Chief Executive Officer of Justice Informed, a social impact consulting firm based in Chicago, IL. I am an experienced social strategist and program developer. My work centers on creating and deploying innovative new ways to employ people-inclusive strategies for social change. I have experience across many social issues including workforce development, youth programming, financial stability, philanthropy, and corporate ideation for social involvement. I have worked with dozens of nonprofits, government agencies, and corporations across the United States and Africa to rethink their existing strategies, build upon their strengths, and prune away non-essential activities and/or strategies. I have been enlisted to speak with universities, nonprofits, conferences, corporations, and in communities of all sizes and demographics about social change. My methodology often incorporates my strong understanding of economic markets, human development, race and identity theories, cross-functional strategy, and draws upon data to develop or strengthen programs that make life better for all persons.
