About Xavier Ruiz

My goal is to deliver solutions to the clients for their problems. These solutions must combine three main elements: a real understanding of the business issues, a good use of the technology and an involvement of the people in the change. In this sense, a key aspect is, as per my experience, the direct contact with the client and with the team. I enjoy trying to find out the way to solve every point that the customer is worried about. For reaching my goal, I like with positions in which a can have a broad view of the business: product development, marketing and sales, support and post-sales.My motivation is to be involved in projects that can make me feel challenged. That is my way of keeping me updated and always learning.
