With over six years of experience in creating and leading entrepreneurship programs, I am a passionate and seasoned professional in the field of entrepreneurship and community development. I currently serve as the Senior Associate Director at the Wharton Venture Lab, where I manage a suite of student-facing programs that provide grants, technical support, and access to Penn and Wharton alumni networks.One of my core competencies and areas of expertise is Entrepreneurship Through Acquisition (ETA), a $10m initiative that I launched to provide students with the practical skills and resources necessary to acquire and operate a small- to medium-sized business. I also launched the "Bet on Entrepreneurship" program, a $5m initiative that places first-year students into summer immersion programs in the venture capital industry. Additionally, I lead the Visiting Experts program and the Summer Venture Award, both of which have seen significant growth and success under my leadership. I am driven by the belief that entrepreneurship is a powerful tool for economic empowerment and societal change, and I am committed to fostering a more inclusive and diverse landscape for entrepreneurs of all backgrounds.
