Utilising the Wordpress CMS to design a website for McCarthy’s Orchard, the focus was on making the customer journey as streamlined as possible. Through an ecommerce portal with support for multiple variables, the website is becoming an integral avenue in McCarthy’s Orchards products reaching their customers.My work with McCarthy’s Orchard has been across a number of areas including:- Consulting on art & copywriting for latest labels- Photographing products/personnel- Graphic design for print & social media- Advising on benefits of opening a cellar door- Social media strategy resulting in highest- levels of engagement seen on their Facebook- Researching and developing distribution points- Researching and consulting on winery specific - grant applications

Meeting with customers to diagnose issues with Apple devices, including iPhones and Apple watches, part of my role is in helping customers to get more out of their devices. Tapping into my previous role as a Creative at Apple, we look at opportunities around having customers make the most of our learning sessions through Today at Apple.

While working at Stamford Hotels I was primarily responsible for marketing activities at The Grand hotel in Glenelg, which included social media, designing and printing numerous promotional materials, liasing with third party contractors, event management for Glenelg’s Next Top Model search, managing marketing ROI reports and assisting with marketing at Stamford Plaza.

As a tennis coach for ‘Super Tennis’, I coordinated groups of 4-8 students at various primary schools such as Linden Park and Mitcham. This involved communicating successfuly with young students as well as updating students’ parents on their progress with tennis.

Working as a studio photographer for Studio 2000 I was responsible for directing and photographing a wide range of clients. This position required strong communication and a personable nature to build rapport with clients, as well as specialized technical understanding of lighting and shooting on film.

Beginning my work at Prima Photographics as a video editor & videographer, I shortly moved into photographing weddings primarily as well as occasional events.

During my time working for Vickie Chapman MP I successfully communicated with a number of constituents on local issues, assisted senior staff with extensive research and copywriting, as well as re-organising and maintaining a comprehensive filling system on state and local matters.
