As a Creative Director at Misc, my main responsibility is to oversee and guide the creative direction of the company, define and maintain brand standards, ensuring that all branding efforts are consistent and aligned with the overall strategy. Some of the key tasks I am responsible for include:· Assigning roles and coordinating teams for each project, following all the design development process and production monitoring.· Taking the creative lead in the projects, providing input into the creative brief, ideating concepts, brainstorming and pitching ideas.· Conceptualizing ideas for Corporate Identity, Branding, Packaging and Digital proposals.· Planning and scheduling day to day resource booking requirements and managing the resource workflow.· Leading the weekly resourcing meeting, ensuring all client-facing and internal projects have been allocated appropriate teams in line with capacity and client needs.· Fostering a positive creative and collaborative environment. We have worked for such clients as : Seat, Grífols, Grupo Planeta, Grupo Inditex, TravelPerk, Mediapro, Playfinder, Ajuntament de Barcelona, Agrolimen, La Caixa, CityXerpa, Creu Roja, Audi, Estrella Damm and Barça TV, among others.
