Xankia, pronounced as Sun-kia, is a Vietnamese Sandwich restaurant located downtown Milwaukee. Our specialties are mainly Vietnamese Banh Mi (Sandwich), Noodle Dish, Pho Noodle Soup, and Boba Tea Smoothies. We offered 8 different types of sandwiches, variety of noodle dishes, and 22 flavors of Boba Tea.We are a family own business. As an owner of Xankia, I hold many positions including but not limited to strategic planner, marketer, public relations, and IT.

I provided server technical support for the City of Milwaukee Health Department. I worked on setting up a new WSUS and WDS servers and also assisted them with their VMware ESX server. I also engaged in other projects including their inspection software's database issue, GPO, UltraVNC network-wide deployment, shared drive permissions, printer issues, running reports, and their helpdesk ticketing system upgrade.

- Created access database for accouting department- Performed nightly backup in Unix system- Add new users to Unix system- Provided technical support for LXE terminals, WAP in warehouse, user's computers- Pushed out recommended windows update through WSUS

As a student technician, I had to schedule with professors to setup new machine or to backup their files and image their machine. I also had to troubleshoot any software, network, and printer related issues that may occur for professors. Troubleshooting were done via the phone, remote desktop, or onsite with the professors.
