I've been in the digital field for over 10 years, graduating with a degree in graphic design. Although I started as a sort of "graphic-digital" hybrid, I quickly focused entirely on the UI field, and later on UX.I've had the opportunity to collaborate with companies and clients both nationally and internationally, mainly focusing on SaaS, eCommerce, Retail, and Banking companies.I work with research and design methodologies (Design Thinking and UCD), which has allowed me to gain a deep understanding of user needs and how to address them effectively. Recently, I've become interested in CX, though I believe it should be part of a Product Designer's knowledge base, which is what I've been dedicating myself to in recent years.My main areas of interest include service design, user research, user experience design, usability, and data analytics as a foundation for strategic decision-making. More specifically, I've been intrigued by and am learning about storytelling techniques, as well as copywriting and microcopy.I've asked myself thousands of times what my purpose is, and I recently discovered that what drives me is helping people. It may sound simple, but I seek to make a positive and conscious impact through products and services that make people's lives easier, allowing them to leverage technology to gain more time to truly enjoy living.
