In our first eight years we carved a niche in executing complex AI projects, consistently delivering where other well-known companies have failed. Our success stems from our relentless focus on refining processes and tools. Notable achievements include developing deep learning models for diverse applications: diagnosing disease states in EEGs, detecting counterfeit coins, and predicting patient movements from video inputs to prevent accidents. In addition to creating these groundbreaking models for our clients, our team authored five patent applications in the deep learning domain, reflecting our innovative and forward-thinking approach. Since 2022, we have shifted focus towards democratizing AI capabilities, culminating in the development of 'LIT,' a comprehensive software platform for training deep learning models. This platform enables clients to independently manage AI projects with minimal assistance, integrating all our refined processes and tools, and marking a new chapter in accessible, client-driven AI solutions.

Executive of KnowledgeLake, at the time, a wholly owned subsidiary of Fujitsu. Responsible for predicting and staying ahead of technical inflection points that affected the company, setting the long-term technical strategic direction of the company and where to, or to not, make large strategic technical bets, setting and maintaining the technical culture to make sure the company was able to retain and attract top technical talent, grow technical leaders, and align the engineering organization around the long-term vision of the company. I reported directly to the CEO and was a member of the executive team.

In 2008, I co-founded Devfarm Software, where I served as the Principal Architect and CTO. Our flagship products, PowerWF and PowerSE, revolutionized the way PowerShell scripts were authored and managed. PowerWF provided an innovative visual workflow canvas, making script creation more accessible and intuitive, while PowerSE offered a robust traditional script editing environment. This unique combination of tools catered to a broad range of users, from novices to PowerShell experts. Our commitment to excellence and innovation was recognized in 2011 when we received the prestigious Windows IT Editors' Best Silver Award. My role as CTO involved not only overseeing the technical development of these products but also strategically guiding the company's technological direction to ensure we stayed at the forefront of the industry.

During my tenure at Quest Software from 2000 to 2008 I held the role of Software Development Manager. My key contribution was architecting a web load testing tool, notable for its industry-first browser recording and playback capabilities, which led to the growth of a dedicated team of 12. I also managed the development of Quest Management Packs to enable System Center management of Unix hosts. Additionally, I held a unique position as the sole technical member of the executive mergers & acquisitions team, where I contributed valuable technical insights and strategies during critical acquisition processes.

As part of the Windows Base group at Microsoft, I worked on the Windows Build team from the release of Windows 4.0 through the Windows 2000 betas. My role involved the daily challenge of building multiple Windows SKUs from a massive 30 million lines of code base, ensuring these builds were consistently delivered to over 2000 developers and QA engineers by 3pm each day. My responsibilities extended to maintaining key build tools, managing several product slipstreams like SBS, and conducting kernel bug triage. I also contributed to critical initiatives such as the Arbiter Weekend, integrating plug-and-play features into Windows NT, and tackling the 'DLL Hell' problem to prevent software installations from overwriting essential shared dependencies.
