I am a team leader at School Trunk Ltd, a company that provides storage and delivery services for schools across the country. I have rapidly progressed from a porter moving boxes to a team manager, overseeing the inventory, warehouse organization, and logging of the operations. I am also a MBiomedSci student at the University of Oxford, where I study biomedical sciences with a focus on evolutionary biology. I have completed an international exchange bursary at Stanford University, and a language course in Japanese at Oxford. I have also attended a Biograd education program in biomedical lab training.In my role as a team leader, I lead and orchestrate teams of porters in the accurate removal and delivery of boxes in and out of schools, ensuring the quality and efficiency of the service. I also work with on site clients to handle large bookings, and communicate with the management and the staff to resolve any issues or challenges. I have developed skills in biopython and seaborn, which I use to analyze and visualize data related to the operations and the customer feedback. I have also gained valuable experience in the hospitality industry, working as a bar staff at The White Oak for two years, where I served customers with versatility between bar and kitchen, and collaborated with the team to create a welcoming and friendly atmosphere. I am passionate about learning new things and exploring different fields, and I have achieved multiple honors and certifications, such as the Queen’s Scout Award, the Gold Duke of Edinburgh Award, and the RYA Youth Sailing and Advanced Course.
