I am happiest when I can say I've put in a quality effort. While I work well independently, I enjoy working with others, which I do almost nightly in my studies. When assigned group projects, I use problem solving skills and flexibility to overcome any difficulties that my group members and I face without creating drama. In previous jobs I have gained responsibility and maturity, learning that others were counting on me to be a hard worker. I almost always have a positive attitude, take to direction well and try to do everything to the best of my ability.
