- Working within a R&D team to prototype a new rendering method.- Extensively using Vulkan and C++.- Rewrote the spatial-temporal filter of the proof-of-concept project, and greatly improved the image quality.

- Joined a new team to develop a Unity plugin for map and navigation rendering on mobile devices.- Extensively used C#, C++17, OpenGL ES, HLSL, ShaderLab, GeoJSON, and MapLibre style specifications in an Ubuntu environment.- Worked closely with designers to analyze, experiment, and release a solution for visual occlusion of navigation in dense urban environments.- Investigated performance issues with our navigation visualization and implemented a Level of Detail (LoD) system for our geometries to resolve the problem.- Frequently collaborated with teams from Poland and India to investigate and resolve front-end issues by addressing them in the back-end.- Took leadership in creating the CI pipeline and visual test framework from scratch, significantly increasing team efficiency, while learning GitHub Workflows and Python for this purpose.

- Took ownership of our existing in-house text rendering library and significantly extended its documentation and test coverage.- Extensively used C++17, CMake, OpenGL, and RenderDoc in a macOS environment.- Gained experience working with the Android SDK by investigating and solving bugs throughout the full stack, from our renderer to the final Android app, TomTom Amigo.

- Worked on both an in-house renderer and an Unreal Engine-powered renderer as part of a Scrum team.- Extensively used C++14, CMake, OpenGL, GLSL, and RenderDoc.- Developed a software suite that supports our customers in autonomous vehicle R&D.- Implemented various post-processing effects, significantly enhancing the visual fidelity of the software.- Improved reflection quality from planar reflections on the ground to physics-based reflections on car models.- Studied scientific papers on lens distortion, and designed and created the effect for our camera simulator.

I picked up a contract to help incoming new master students settle in the study program.This was mostly done via organizing social events that connect year-one students with year-two students.
