Role summary:Provide on-road and off-road support to delivery partners (DP) for amazon flex across US, UK, AU and Singapore for resolution to delivery partner’s grievances via phone, email and online chat.Payment processing and tracking delivery partner’s claims for earnings, overtime pay, compensation and reimbursements.
